ANALYSIS

Looks like someone’s (probably) going to have a lead heading into the weekend.

Thankfully, Joakim Noah ended up featuring in the Chicago Bulls‘ gag-worthy loss to the New York Knicks—and put up some pretty good numbers at that (12 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, three blocks). Jameer Nelson (17 points, seven rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block) and Serge Ibaka (12 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks) both deserve dap for their solid, if unspectacular, performances on Wednesday.

With their (and Boris Diaw‘s) help, my D-RODs have managed to make up the rebounding deficit and assume nifty advantages in both percentage categories against Jon Wasserman’s Chicken Bargnani Heroes.

This, in addition to expanding my somewhat sizable lead in points scored.

But can the D-RODs continue to ride this gravy train to Victory Town on Thursday?

ANALYSIS

The answer: looks like it.

For one night, at least. Barring any last-second lineup changes, Wass won’t have anyone going in either of the TNT games. My one (Paul Pierce) probably won’t set the Los Angeles Clippers ablaze by any means, though anything out of The Truth would be tremendously helpful as my D-RODs gear up for what could be an eventful—if not monumental—weekend.
