ANALYSIS

Once again, my D-RODs are getting demolished in the scoring column, though I s’pose that’s what happens when Goran Dragic and Serge Ibaka are your most “reliable” scorers.

By and large, though, my D-RODs are holding their own opposite Alec Nathan’s Oladipbros. The gap in three-pointers may be too much to overcome, but assists are still very much in play, as are the two percentage categories.

Of course, we could’ve been much closer on field goals had Serge Ibaka not bricked 11 of his 15 attempts for the Oklahoma City Thunder last night. Then again, if Ibaka had been more efficient, the NBA might not have been treated to Kevin Durant going Super Saiyan on the Portland Trail Blazers.

In any case, Ibaka will have a shot at redemption tonight, when OKC travels to the Alamo City to take on the San Antonio Spurs.

Speaking of tonight’s schedule, let’s have a gander at what Wednesday’s 10-game schedule has in store for the fantasy front…

ANALYSIS

Rare are the occasions that allow me to field a full lineup. Rarer still are those on which I have no choice but to sit someone who’s fit to play and whose team is on the docket.

Tonight looks to be one such occasion.

To be sure, there was no difficulty in deciding to sit Alonzo Gee. The dude barely produced when he started at small forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers and hasn’t gotten off Mike Brown’s bench since Jan. 12 on account of Luol Deng’s arrival.

Still, I’m pleased to see a minyan of minions on my side of the ledger—even more so when stacked up against Alec’s five-spot of participants.

If ever there were a night for my D-RODs to make a serious move to secure a stronger position in this matchup, this would be it.
